Menagerie is about survival, empathy, symbiosis, and taps into a pre-modern link between the human and other animals.

Menagerie looks at the human/animal context to find metaphors for existence and survival. It moves through history and characters familiar and strange. It reveals the human tendency for us to anthropomorphise through animals and their behaviors as a process of metaphoric discover of the self.

Menagerie is a trans-historical extravaganza with contemporary art set in relationship to historical works and artefacts.
